Working Principle

In fact, the principle of distillation is very simple, that is, substances are separated through different boiling points of various substances. Alcohol, the scientific name of ethanol, is easy to volatilize with a boiling point of 78°C. It is easy to gasify and run out of mash during heating and separate it from mash residue. The boiling point of water is 100°C. In the distillation process, substances with low boiling point are evaporated first, and substances with high boiling point are evaporated later. The wine is cooked in a heating container, and the submersible pump works to condense the wine gas and evaporate the wine liquid. Therefore, temperature control is very important in the distillation process, usually between 80-95
degrees.

Separation of Distillation and Condensation

The operation of distillation tower and cooling tower is more reasonable.More thorough methanol removal, higher alcohol content and faster wine production. The whole body of the distillation tower is made of 304 stainless steel.

Purification Ball

When the wine vapor evaporated from the distillation kettle passes through the purification ball, the wine vapor with low wine precision will condense into liquid and return to the distillation kettle to realize secondary distillation. The wine vapor with high wine precision will enter the cooling tower through the distillation tower to condense into wine liquid, which has achieved the function of improving the alcohol purity of distilled wine.

Distillation Tower

The distillation tower design can improve the alcohol degree of liquor according to the distillation demand, and re evaporate the distilled gas molecules. The alcohol degree can be increased to 90 degrees, and the crude gas molecules can be refluxed again, making the liquor flavor more coordinated.

Onion Head

Made by copper, which is the key of real good spirits.It can make a sudden drop in pressure. then hold back the high boiling compounds.while allowing the aromatics and perfumes continue to the column.

Cooler Exhaust Valve

Avoid blocking the cooling outlet pipe and damaging the internal structure of the cooler due to excessive water pressure. Specially install the scheduling valve, which must be kept open when making wine.
